GTS data providers for preference trade management

I am looking for data providers names and contact in preference trade management domain for Europe?

Does any body have a name or web-site to buy data ?

FTN is FedEx Trade Networks, a division of FedEx in the US. FTN is their group that handles customs and trade issues, including brokerage services. FTN also provides tariff data to SAP GTS customers, using IP acquired by the old WorldTariff company.

To my knowledge, they do not provide rules of origin data for preference. You might need to check with Bundesanzeiger.
