problem with down load

iam trying to download adobe life cycle designer through sap market but iam unable it is asking it can download through solution manager i dont have right to get into solution manager can any one help me how to download this with out solution manger and another site to down load adobe life cycle desiner 7.1 to support abobe form in ECC 6.0
