I have an order entry Servlet that must process until it is finished no mater how long the processing takes. On occasions users will receive a 500 Connection timed out specifying the ICM as the component but the back end SAP request continues processing. Is there a place to specify a time out parameter for this particular request (I would prefer not to modify global time out parameters).
I am receiving this same message when calling a web service (SAP RFC) from a .NET application. It is sporadic - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Did you ever solve the problem?
