Error while doing init load for extractor 2LIS_02_S012.

Hi all,

For the datasource 2LIS_02_S012 Init load is not working.It is giving me a error stating that that LIS updating is still activated (client 200 ) and Errors in source system.

In the ote it is saying that,

If the source system is a Client Workstation, then it is possible that the file that you wanted to load was being edited at the time of the data request. Make sure that the file is in the specified directory, that it is not being processed at the moment, and restart the request.

One more thing for the same extractor i can able to do the full load without any errors.All the records in the source system are getting loaded.The datasource is delta enabled.

Please give your valuable comments.

This datasource 2LIS_02_S012 seems to be old one.This belong to that LIS application which is now replaced by LO.

The method for handling this is different.

I thinks its replaced check for the new one.

Hi

Purchasing datasource S012 has a separate mechanism to enable it for delta loads.

Please follow these steps:

1. Delete 02 purchasing from setup tables (LBWG).

2. In transaction LBW0 enter Infostructure name S012 and for display check if LIS update is active/deactive. If not deactivate it.

3. In OMO2, for Purchasing, check the update mechanism for S012. Activate the LIS update with update mode 2.

4. In OLIX, copy and delete old data to another temp version.

5. Run statistical setup for Purchasing (OLI3) for an intermediate version (provided by default)

6. Run OLIX again and copy and delete this data to the actual version 000. Also delete the data in temp version separately in OLIX.

7. In OMO2, deactivate the LIS update for S012. Also just chek the Delta update in LBW0 which must also be inactive from beginning.

8. Do the init into BW.

9. Then activate delta update in LBW0

10. Activate LIS update in OLIX.

You may check the progress of data in the database table S012.

FYI, BW extractor does not have versions, so ensure only one version (here 000) is alone available before extraction, else there is possibility of duplicates and incorrect entries will get populated to BW.
