Unable to create shopping cart (multiple errors)

Dear All,

When I try to create the shopping cart, I get the following errors

  • No Logical System for FI is maintained. Inform system admin.

  • Enter the company code

  • No Logical System for FI is maintained. Inform system admin.(2nd time)

  • Error in account assignment for item1

I have maintained Plant -> Storage Locations -> Extended Attributes in PPOMA_BBP. I got the partner Id from BBP_LOCMAP after running the BBP_LOCATIONS_GET

I have checked the RFC connection from SRM to ECC (R3 system). I am able to get into ECC without the login details

Can you please advise on the troubleshooting steps?

Thanks for your time.

Hello,

Does the user you are testing with have the required puchasing roles?

I have noticed that there are some customizing roles in SU01.

Are the correct attributes maintained in PPOMA_BBP?

Please check table BBP_DET_LOGSYS as it may contains old product

category GUID.

After downloading the customzing object, DNL_CUST_PROD0, in your

system, the GUID created in COMM_CATEGORY table could be different from

the one used in BBP_DET_LOGSYS.

Redo the "Define Backend System for Product Category" in the IMG

and recheck.

Please also verify the business organization settings.

I hope it helps.

Kind regards,

Gaurav

Thanks for your reply.

As of now its Non-Catalog Request via "Describe Requirement" link. Did I miss something somewhere?

Any steps to be taken for non-catalog request?

Please advise.

Gaurav: Are the correct attributes maintained in PPOMA_BBP?

Like Gaurav said:

Check the organisational model again, make sure every necessary attribute is maintained:

1. SYS -> ECC client

2. ACS -> ECC client

3. BUK -> company code

And there are several others that need to be maintained. Also are the GL accounts mapped to the correct product category in SPRO?

While I was checking COMM_CATEGORY, I noticed that the material types brought in the logical system name from the backend ECC.

Logical system was changed all over the place in SRM and now the errors are gone.

Your idea to compare the table entries helped me to get a clue.

Many thanks.

Hi,

Please check in the following SPRO path in SRM Server

Basis Components  Application Link Enabling (ALE)  Sending and Receiving Systems  Logical Systems  Define Logical System

I think you are maintaining separate R/3 server for FI ,if so you have give the logical system in the above path.
