SAPJCo3 Middleware Native not available

SAPJCo3.jar and dll ok for my pc(xp sp3), but win server 2003 sp2. "JCo Middleware Native: not available" "Path/JCo Library: System-defined Path", it should be 711.0 and the real path of the dll-file

When I run the program, eclipse throws an error: "java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: E:\WorkSpace\JCoTest\sapjco3.dll".

I think the path is ok, and have nothing to do with"msvcr80.dll"
