monitoring BP data exchange issue

Hi,

I've created a BP in the CRM system and when I monitor the BP exchange with the backend ECC system.

I'm getting an error that No customer is assigned to the created BP.

Can someone let me know what should be done.

Points will be given

Hi Deepak,

can u check in R/3 whether PIDE enteries are maintained, and correct account group has been assigned to your customer.

I did check all my settings but the issue still remain

Is there anything else that can cause that message

Hello Deepak,

Please check the number range settings for Business partner.

Check if you have matained reference business pertner/Customer.
