Canot view message in incident management


I've created a business partner which I assigned to my local solman user.

I created a service desk message but when I go into the workcenter view for incident management,

I have no incidents displayed.

I can however view the message in crm_dno_monitor ?

Am I missing a configuration step ?

Hi Thierry,

Normally I use the SAP help online of CRM where you can find a lot of information about transaction PPOMA and PPOCA ( PPOMA_CRM and PPOCA_CRM are variations used in the Solution Manager ).

The Idea is to create an organizational structure that represents your support organization. Ther you will list the support organization unit and its sub areas. Beneath each org unit, you will attach/create job positions and to them you will attach your BPs.

This structure is mandatory to use the first section of CRM_DNO_MONITOR selection screen/variants.
