Workitem to Outlook

Hello Guru's,

For sending the Workitem to Outlook i am using RSWUWFML2 program,

it is providing options to Display/Execute/Entry.

Now as per my client's requirement, he want the workitem to be

displyed directly with the buttons provided (Approve/Reject/Cancel).

Please, Suggest and My system is in ECC 5.0

You need to customize...There are no standard way of getting that.

can you please provide some input on what needs to be customized is it the program RSWUWFML2 or any other transaction needs to be customizes. if possible please provide few details steps.
