Service Component called with wrong object

Dear All

I am facing the following problem in CIC_AGENT role (interactioncenter) upon calling the service quotation transaction

I call the transaction after confirming the indetity of a buisness partner

The error messages are

- Service Component called with wrong object

- Control objects missing in text component

- -You require a text profile to enable notes

The same problem does not happen with a sales order. It seems like a web UI issue as it is not happening in SAP GUI.

Please help.- I will award with full points.

Hi Tarang,

Standard SAP will not give this error message.

It looks like some development/enhancement done at controller class of text component view.

I feel there problem in that area. And is raising exception.

Take help from Web client developer in your team. He can debug and find out the problem.
