Crystal Reports causes a video issue

I just installed Crystal Reports 11 on a workstation running XP. When I launch the program the video goes crazy. Anyone have any ideas?

I have experienced unusual behavior in Crystal Reports when using two monitors. The fix was simply to disable the 2nd monitor. Unusual behavior included difficulties changing database locations...

I'm not quite sure what you mean by 'crazy' but it's possible that the hardware acceleration of your video card is the cause of the problem.

Try decreasing the hardware acceleration (Start > Settings > Control Panel > Display > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshoot) for your video card.
