Hi All,
I need to connect to Oracle Database from SAP PI 7.0.
I have deployed ojdbc14.jar file in SAP PI server and even updated aii_af_jmsproviderlib .sda file.
Now Can any one tell me
What "Driver NAME" I need to use in the Communication Channel and also please give me the syntax of "Connection"
Database parameter:
User Name:<Oracle database user name>
Password:<User password(Database)>
Driver:driver: oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver(Case Sensitive)
Url:jdbc:oracle:thin:@<ServerHostName>:<Port No.(1521 default port)>:<SID>
here SID is Global database name

I would suggest get this information from the DB Admin.
We usually get these information from them

Hi,
This is the proper syntax as you demanded:
oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver
jdbc:oracle:thin:@<IP>:<listenerPORT>:<db NAME>
Best regards,
david
