PO print preview into pdf file

Hello, i would like to ask, how the PO should customized, in order when pressing the Print preview,

the user has two options.

One to print the PO and another to save it as a file.(pdf -tif)

I dont want it via transactios se38 with program RSTXPDFT4,

but automatically.

Use FM CONVERT_OTFSPOOLJOB_2_PDF in SE37

Chnages will then have to be made to the print program and you chouls use FM Convert_OTFSPOOLJOB_2_PDF, in order for it to be created automatically

Can you explain me please, how to use the FM converter in print program.

Usually when teh message is created, the print program is called which collects all the information and uses the smart form for laying out the contents in designated areas.. then.. it passes the whole thing as a spool request to a host printer or any other designated communication method.. The idea is to convert the spool and write it as Pdf file to a location.. Your Abap'er should know about it.

You cna figure out the details of your print program and smart form from Tcode NACE>> Application "EF">> OUtput types on the menu bar >> NEU >> Processing Routines.
