Hourglass Remains when uninstalling AddOn or opening Forms in SBO

When I uninstall an AddOn, and when I open forms in SBO the cursor displays an hourglass - after the act has been completed the hourglass remains -

How can the hourglass be returned to cursor when act has been completed?

Please reinstall your B1 client in this case. It is the easist solution if you do a clean reinstall.

Hi,

this seems to be the addon issue. What addon are you trying to uninstall ? This problem relates to endinstall executable file code problem in the addon.

So, just click addon administration to find out if the addon still exists or not. if yes and the hourglass still exists, just close the B1 from windows task manager. Anyway, is it in the server or user's PC ?

Ignore the hourglass and try clicking on the menu to see if you can access the system. If you can, I have the same issue and just ignore it. If not, I would suggest looking at the event records or log files for anything that might be causing the issue. If you cannot resolve the issue, then try log with SAP support.
