I've configured the Portal Activity report iView for pages/iviews and it seems to be working except that the 'Viewer IDs' column is empty. We're running NW04

Try to configure your PAGE item(s).
Then marks Monitor user is Yes

I found same problem about activity report in Viewer IDs field displayed like "-".
As I already configure page properties to monitor user but nothing change. Have I restart Portal?

What kind of report you are runing ?
you can check Table 'WCR_USERSTAT' for column 'LOGONID' is there any entries ?
What encoding is configure on your system ?
