can u please help me in resolving the following issue
the scenario is E-COMMERCE ICSS B2B
when trying to login through ICSS B2B login:
the following error is displayed....
com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (103) RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Password logon no longer possible - too many failed attempts

user in backend is lock because many failed attempts, you must unlock user.

Please check your XCM Configuration for JCO.
- Host name and port of the system
- User id and pwd used in the JCO.
- Check if the port which you are using is open for access

The JCo user ID used in the jco connection is locked due to lot of failed attempts.
It is possible that the password was changed and more than one user is using this ID - without knowing that the password is changed.

It may be down to a problem connecting to the backend.
Perhaps you can check the JCO connection in the XCM and check that the login data there is correct. A JCO connection test should also verify if the data is correct.
