EXIT on Storage Location

Hi all,

i've to do an exit on fiel EKPO-LGORT bacause i've to not activate a Storage Location in TCode:

ME51N --> Create Purchase Requisition

(field MEREQ3211GRID-LGOBE)

ME52N --> Change Purchase requisition

(field MEREQ3211GRID-LGOBE)

ME21N --> Create Purchase Order

(field MEPO1211-LGOBE)

ME22N --> Change Purchase Order

(field MEPO1211-LGOBE)

I hope someone help me bacause i don't hane experience in EXIT!

Hi,

If you want to deactivate Storage Location in ME51N and ME21N then you can use field selection configuration.

For PR: -

SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Purchase Requisition > Define Screen Layout at Document Level > Here for field selection key "PT0B", under field selection group "Basic data, item", do not activate any check box for field "Storage Location" i.e. it will get suppressed.

For PO: -

SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Purchase Order > Define Screen Layout at Document Level > Here for field selection key "PT0F", under field selection group "Basic data, item", do not activate any check box for field "Storage Location" i.e. it will get suppressed.

Hi,

thanks for informations in Customizing but i've to not activate only one Storage Location:

for example:

my Storage Location are

01 - London

02 - Rome

03 - New York

I've to not activate 02 - Rome

Hi,

If you don't want to input the Storage location in ME51N/ME52N or ME21N/ME22N

then first You don't extend the Storage location in Material master.

But when you recieve the Material you need a Storage location to store the stocks. Hope you have activated the Create Storage location automatically for particular Plant & Movement type in IMG settings

Second thing still you need to control this is Modify the screen layout for PR & PO creation & Change mode for this Storage location field in IMG settings.
