SAPInst is not getting started during Trex installation

Hi Friends,

SAPInst is not getting started during Trex installation. We are getting the below error.Can any one of you help us in resolving this error.

The problem is with Port Connectivity Problem due to Firewall. Infrastructure team has resolved it.

Hi Suresh,

Have you used TREX for SRM CCM purpose? if so then can you please guide me whether we can use same CCM client or we must go for different client?

Hi Ravi,

Yes we are using Trex for SRM CCM. we are using 000 as SRM CCM client.

Hi Suresh,

Thanks for your quick reply. We have implemented self service procurement and we are planning to implement CCM within the same client.

As you i understand TREX is mandatory for CCM then you mentioned that 000 client u r using for TREX.I need some clarifications from you on this

1) We should maintain seperate client for TREX? or we can use same ccm client?

2) How do we install TREX component in our server or it 's already exist when we install SRM?

3) If I go for 000 client for TREX then what all are the settings i need to maintain for this>

Can you please let me know as we are in closer to our deadlines...
