Indication of availability of components at production order level

Dear all,

We have MTO scenario. Our client's requirement is whenever the raw materials are purchased against any production order which is assigned to particular sales order, it should be indicated at production order level. Is there any standard report? Kinldy let me know. Should I do the material availability check at individual production order everytime?

The T code for viewing the standard report for

Material Analysis - MCP5.

Production Order - MCP3.

Material Usage Analysis - MCRE.

Order progress report- CO46.

MSEG is the table where material documents are stored. You will be able to take a report for an order, the consumption and reciepts.
