Casual Leave problem

Hi,

I have a scenario where an employee is entitled to 9 casual leaves for a year i.e. 1st april to 31st march. now an employee cannot take more than 3 leaves continously nor can he take more than 3 leaves in a particular month. i've done all the customization but the system accepts more than 3 CLs. please suggest where i'm going wrong. also if there is a weekend in between the CLs i.e. saturday or sunday then those days should not be counted as we have off on saturday & sunday.

Hi,

Check table T554s.

In Max. duration fld put 003.

In first day off, last day off & non-working period put "E".

Hi Kumar,

Thanks for your reply. now my problem is partially solved. now if i enter more than 3 days in IT 2001 system gives me an error its perfect but another thing is that there should not be more than 3 CL in a particular month this condition is not yet satisfied.
