Replicating BPs from CRM to ERP

Maybe i know what are the necessary steps to replicate CRM -> ERP?

Hi Lee,

SMOEAC is the transaction code which is responsible for data to flow from CRM to R/3.

Now if you want BP Changes done in CRM to move to R/3, then goto tcode SMOEAC.

1. Select the Object Type as Site - Click on display button.

2. Select R/3 site and just expanding on it - we will get subscriptions assigned for the site R/3

3. Create the following subscriptions.

a. All Business Partners,

b. All Business Partner Relationships,

c. All Business Partner Hierarchies Subscriptions.

Hi Arun Sankar,

I got all the subscriptions up in SMOEAC.

When i create a BP in CRM, it couldn`t send to ECC.

I checked SMW01, it has a BDocs state of 001 (Sent to recievers - not all have confirmed)

Where do i go from here?

Hi Lee,

Select the BDoc and click the "Show BDoc Errors" button.

It will tell you about the errors.

Mostly the problem would with the mandatory fields not being filled.

The CRM Server is unique unlike R/3, as it saves any business data like Materials, Orders, BPs, with ERRORS.

So, kindly cross check with the R/3 server for the mandatory fields.

Hi,

There is no errors. The error is been gray out. I can see the BDocs message. But i cannot see any Qs

Is there any notes for it? Do any one know about this note?

Hi Lee,

After clicking on Show BDoc Errors button,

1. you will get a popup with site as R/3,

2. in the same row, there will be a Errors column, where there would be a table symbol,

3. Click on the table symbol to get the errors available for the that particular BDoc.

I am not aware of any SAP Notes regarding this issue, and I personally feel that these errors would definitely be because of any configurations missing.

Kindly recheck the configurations.

hi,

the problem here is, i don`t even have a error message. The state is been set as SENT.

Please help.
