Dear Experts,
We are trying to print 6000 pages at a time with Canon Printer. Its
just spooling & there is Internal error in spool log which does not
reflect any other errors.
To overcome this issue I have configured printer as SAPWIN with Access
method as G: FrontEnd Printing with Control Technology. In this way we
were able to print some pages but we can not print bulk pages with this.
I came to know that there is restriction with Mass printing with
frontend.We are on windows platform with ECC 6.We need to print many
time bulk pages so could you please advice which device type will be
suitable.
In SPAD under device type I am not getting any device type which
matches our printer. We have following printer for which we are trying
to use for Bulk printout.
1. IR2270GE
2. IRC2880IEU
3. IRC3380IEU
these printers are Cannon Printer. It would be highly appreciated if
you can advice below queries.
u2022 Could you please let me know if we can utilize these printers
for Bulk Printing? If not then what are the printers we can use for
Bulk printing.
u2022 Is there any additional configuration required which can solve
our problem.
u2022 Only printers which are mentioned under device type category in
SPAD transaction code are supported by SAP.
I have checked & found above printers are not listed under device type
in SPAD Transaction code.
Please advice as its critical issue for us.
