Add-on not showing on Pending Add-ons list

Hi all,

I am trying to install Outlook integration add-on on a database and have successfully installed and tested it for the super user and have allocated add-on licenses and rights to for users requiring the add-on. However on the other users the add-on does not install automatically even though I have set the add-on to run automatically in the add-on administration. The add-on's also do not show up in the pending add-ons list for other users. What could be the problem?

Hi,

I suggest to delete the addon installation file in this following folder in the user's PC's folder:

C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One.

if it is not success yet, run this folder : %temp% in the user PC and delete the folder SM_OBS_DLL.

Then try to relogin the SAP B1 application in the user

Goto Administation -> Addons -> Add-On Administration -> User Preferences Tab.

Select a User from the left window and set 'Preferences' to 'Automatic' against the users whom you want.

Thanks for the quick response. However I have already done done that and the add-on still does not install when the user logs in and does not appear in the add-ons list at the Add-on manager for the said users.
