Hi

Am receiving the below error. Pls advise.

Account determination for entry 0011 BSX 0001 ___ 3200 not possible

Message no. M8147

Diagnosis

The system did not find an account for this transaction. This means that the account determination for key 0011 BSX 0001 ___ 3200 is not maintained in MM Customizing (Valuation). The key is made up of:

Chart of account

Transaction key (= Posting transaction)

Valuation grouping code

Account grouping code

Valuation class

System Response

The system cannot update a G/L account for this transaction. You cannot post the transaction.

Procedure

Contact your system administrator.

If you have the authorization, check the Account determination in Customizing for Valuation.

The relevant posting transaction can be found in Table T030A.

Maintain GL account in OBYC for Transaction Event Key BSX against Valuation Class & Valuation Grouping Code.

Message no. M7109

Diagnosis

The stock account determined automatically by the system is one that is directly postable. However, this stock posting can only be made to an automatically postable account.

Procedure

Contact your system administrator.

here go to

create/bank/interest

in this tab remove tick of post automatically

Go to FS00 and Select GL Account and Click on Display and in Create/Bank/Interest Tab Check Post Automatically Only Option is Ticked. Remove Tick and Save.

Try and Revert back.........

Goto OBYC

Select the transaction key BSX

ENter your chart of account 0011

Give your valuation grouping code 0001

Valuation class 3200 and give the G/L account to whihc the entries should me made.

In OBYC maintain your G/L account for the Transaction event key, COA, Val grp code etc...

Dear,

You can solve your problem with OBYC.

Enter OBYC, Double click on Transaction Key as BSX.

Enter your chart of account, Enter your valuation class 3200 and G/L and click on save.

Then try your transaction.
