Hi Guys,

i just wanted to know whether workcenters can be grouped.

for example. there are 20 cnc machine like milling , turning etc.

and there are around 40 conventional machines. my FICO consultant was asking me whether it can be grouped so that the overheads of one work center group flows to cost center and overheads of another flows to a different cost center. pls get back to me asap.

actually here every machine is a work center.

thanks

sanjeev

Through CR21.

But you have mentioned that the overhead to be flowed to different cost center. Is it for the same WC? If yes how do u plan to do that? Through WC hierachy u can not post cost to a different cost center. Its for grouping and can be used for capacity planning.
