Need to Disassociate rounding value

Hi All,

Kindly note that we have maintained rounding value as 600 in material master for a material in MRP view 1 ad now whenever Po created for that material the PO qty will be rounded off to 600.

But we need to disassociate this selection for a particular PO doc type.

Is it possible in SAP.

Hi,

You can maintain the configarations at:

- SPRO-> Materials Management-> Purchasing-> Purchase Order-> Define Screen layout at Document level- Here, Create a new Field selection Key by copying the Field selection key for ME21N-

Then, in the new Field selection Key go to 'Reference data, item' details and set 'Info record' as required entry and save.

- SPRO-> Materials Management-> Purchasing-> Purchase Order-> Define Document Types-> Create a new Document Type by copying the standard 'NB' document type.

Now, in the newly created document type, assign the newly created Field selection Key and save.

Hi,

The rounding value is used in the planning run if no rounding profile has been specified in the material master record.

-Rounding Profile is the key that the system uses to adjust the order proposal quantity to deliverable units. Maintain Rounding profile instead of Rounding value.

-You can maintain the Rounding Profile in the Purchasing Info records.

- Maintain the Field selection key with Info record number field as mandatory and assign this Field selection group to the New document type.
