HI,
Client having only full day and half day salary deduction provision.
If an emp. Will work less than 3 hours, the day will be treated as a full day absent & one day salary will be deducted for that month.
If he/she will work for more than 3 hrs. & less than 6 hrs., the day will be treated as a half day absent & half day salary will be deducted for the current month.
PLease guide me to solve this issue
Thanks
Kumar
Hi,
This issue is related to Positive Time Management.
For this, you have to maintain the Absences/Attendances in "Hours" instead of "Days".
And a PCR has to be written with the logic what your client is expecting........
if recorded hours<3 hrs as absent (unpaid leave absence WT to be created) &
if recorded hours >3 hours & <6 hours - as half-day present (half day pay WT to be created) &
if recorded >6 hours - then the employee is present for full-day....
& this PCR is to be included in Payroll Schema to calculate the absence/attendance-related pay..
Experts, provide some more inputs regarding this scenario....
Thanks,
Sai Narayana

HI ,
Thank you very much Sai.
I have checked PCR INP1, but I think dis one is not suitable.
Is dr any standard PCR or I need to create new one?
Thanks
Kumar
