Report title for Subreports

Hi All,

I have created a report with two subreports.I have included the title in the first subreport using 'REPORT TITLE' special field(by specifying the title in summary info in Document properties dialog box).The title is reflected in the subreport.But when i import it into the main report,the file name of the subreport gets reflected instead of report title.Can anyone please help me on this?

From your main report, right click on the sub report and choose Format Sub Report.

Click on the Sub Report tab.

Modify the Sub Report Name.

Then when you refresh the main report, you should now see the mofified report title.

It does not appear that you can use the usual sub report report title once the sub report has bee nadded to the report. The option is disabled on my reports.

Hi,

Since ReportTitle displays the name of the subreport, you can create a formula containing the title and place it in the appropriate section for display.
