How can we migrate crystal reports configured in Seagate Info Desktop to Info View in Crystal Report Server 2008 ?

Does Import Wizard in BO XI 3 support Crystal Enterprise 8.5 migration ?

The Source option in Import Wizard lists only 9 and 10.

Do we have this option in XI2 ?

What are all the other options to migrate from 8.5 to XI3?

So does it mean we need to convert from 8.5 to XI R2 and from XIR2 to XI R3 using Import Wizard?

Also is it possible to migrate scheduling information from seagate Infodesktop to Infoview?

As logn as you can get you 8.5 system to any of the listed versions in the XI 3.0 import wizard (ce9, 10, XIR1, XIR2) then you can migrate to 3.0. If using this as an interum step you should test out your system extensively before moving to 3.0.

I'm not familiar with 8.5 enough to know the terminology but if that's the equivilent of scheduled crystal reports then I'd assume they can be migrated.

It appears you are correct, XI 3.0 can migrate the last 2 versions of CE(9, 10) and BO classic(5x, 6x), in addition to the last 2 of XI (R1, R2). If you are migrating from 8.5 you would need to use XIR2 (yes the option does exist for this version).
