Material Numbers for Non Stock items

We have Non stock items that are ordered for many projects and there is no traceability of these items in the stores.

What need to be done for having a record of these Non Stock items???

Can we assign Materials for Non stock items for tracebility???Whether this can be done???????????

Use Material type NLAG(Non stock material)

use this item as nonvaluated(UNBW material type) for tracability.

Procure them for cost centre and use qty of the material for tracking.
