Not able to add system in SLD

Hi,

We have already added our ECC Development system in SLD which is

maintained in our PI system.

But when I am trying to add our ECC Quality system it is giving the

following error.

"CIM_ERR_ALREADY_EXISTS: Instance already exists:

SAP_InstalledProduct.CollectionID="13e682d4-f071-f340-0729-

6c840c37f161",ProductIdentifyingNumber="01200615320900001151",ProductName="SAP WEB AS",

ProductVendor="sap.com",ProductVersion="6.40",SystemID="TU3.SystemNumber.0020099106.SystemHome.eccr3qa""

I have added this Ecc Quality syste (TU3) once sucessfully and then

deleated and tryed to add again then this problem occue.

I have rechecked the Techinical system and Business systems compleatly

and found no entry found for theQuality system.

Plese suggest us how to add this system in SLD.

Hi Sekhar,

In order to register your system in your SLD properly, you have to run TC RZ70 in your ECC.

That will create your Technical system in your SLD. After that, you will have to create your business system manually.

Try it and tell us.

Hi,

SLD->Administration>>Content Maintenance

Select Subset As--->>All Clasess

Select Class As --->>Business System

Then It Will Display All The Business Systems Those Are In the SLD.

Then You Can Select that BS And Say Remove. It Will Remove That BS From SLD.

SLD -> Administration -> Content Maintenance -> option all with instances with the option Installed products -> delete all relatived products with your system.

Hi Shekhar,

After deleting the Systems you need to do the full cache refresh .

http://server:port/CPACache/refresh?mode=full

If problem still then restart the Integration builder or Java instance
