Hi experts,
I have a lot of service plans which has a system status "Contains error".
It is not showing any errors in header & item level.
if I delete any mandatory field and re-enter the same value then error will go.
What is the route cause for this? how can I over come this issue?
any one can help me out please.
Regards,
Babu

Hi,
You can use the 2 options described in SAP note1971092 to set I1030 to inactive

Hi Babu,
We are also facing the same problem in our CRM system. You set the thread to answered. Can you please describe the solution that worked for you?

We are experiencing the same problem on some of our opportunities and quotes. The system status is being set to "Contains Errors" (I1030) but no messages are displayed. Has anyone found the cause and solution? Thanks.

Hello Babu,
The reason why the 'contains errors' is still present sounds like a SAP bug to me, try to find an appropiate OSS note or post a new customer message for this.
However, try to check your inbound RFC queues (TAC SMQ2) and make sure the are empty (or at least that all entries in status SYSFAIL/ERROR are solved). Sometimes automatic system status changes tend to run in error (especially when the system performs mass updates on statuses).
When you mass restart that inbound queue (SE38 report RSQIWKEX, queue name = CSA*) the problem might be solved.
Hope this helps!
Kind regards,
Joost
