Adding New G/L Account to Planning Layouts

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement that, to add a new G/L account to the existing planning layouts of Cost Center Planning. I am new to BPS, please help me in this regard, ie., how to add a new G/L account to the planning Layout.

Hi Ramakrishna

Is the GL Account value is available in infobject master data ? If yes , then you can add this directly in the layout. You type the new account in the blank row and click on "Check Consistency" Button on top of manual layout.

If the GL Account is not available..then you will either have to update the master data from back end(T code RSD1) and do the steps mentioned above.

Else you can write a ABAP program to update Mtable of corresponding infobject from custom UI that can be called from Planning folder.
