Crash of MaxDB 7.6.5.9 on Windows 2003 x64

Hi,

we installed a new MAXDB 7.6.5.9 (64-bits) database on Windows 2003 x64.

First , sql queries like select top 50 * from table started to fail with the message:

General error;-9400 POS(1) System error: AK Cachedirectory full

We looked into knldiag, which was filled with following errors

After some time repeating the same errors, the kernel crashed with the following stack

I looked in the forum and on internet for insights.

We found an old reference to -9400 being an indication of a kernel bug.

We disabled SHARED_SQL, but the crash occured again with the same stack trace.

Can someone help us, or tell us where to start looking ?
