Are you trying to create the Business partner??

Choose Master Data -> Business Partner --> Create.

Here from Goto go into the central data....maintain :

The central business partner screens are:

Name

Address overview

Bank details

Relationships

If the business partner is a natural person, there are also screens for:

Personal data

Employment data

If the business partner is an organization, there are also screens for:

Legal data

Fiscal year data

Pls check...

Maintain BP Role Called Employee and then Add Telephone No to BP Business partner and try once..
