issue in leave request

Hi Experts,

Iam getting problem in ess leave request i.e, while applying leave approver will there but for one employee approver has been changed but, its not applying in portal i.e, the previous approver only is displaying what neccessary steps to be taken

please help me in this ..........

In table V_PTARQ_TPROCESS you define how approver

is determined, Check whether it is last agent or line manager

read the documentation of the field it will be clear

Hi,

We faced the same problem sometime aback. These changes actually takes some time to be reflected in the portal. It will but will take some time. However there is one report which can be run to speed up the process.

Please run report RHPROFL0 and then it wil reflect.

If this report does not work please use transaction PFUD.

Hi Pinky,

We deleted the the old approver totally from R/3 side but we are facing the same issue but u sended me the report no it is related to user authorizations not the solution for the question even we refreshed the UWL in portal and also we refreshed the portal cache and we are facing this problem in our PRD system.
