Dear Friends,

When i try to give print for my billing document i am getting runtime error this is because when we upload the material master we forget to update the classification of the batch because of this we get the runtime error.

Now we maintained the Classification in MSC2N for some materials due to urgency

I want to update the classification for the rest of the materials which is leftout

is there any way to upload the classification of the batch

Please Help me out

Hi,

Goto CL24N, Enter class and class type 023, system gives list of assignments.

Click on only new assignments, select the option material, you can copy materials from excel sheet and paste it here. or enter materials manually and save.

Hi Friends,

User Screen+ Cross application components+classification system + Assignment+ CL20N Assign object to classes. Here you will define the class. After that you will assign it with class type CL24N. Here you will define the batch no for your batch.

Hi,

CL6B is gives list of materials assigned to class.

Enter class and class type, select the option with assigned values from display options segment.

System gives list of materials and values.

CL24N for updation of classfication and values for materials.

click on new assignments, enter material, you will get another to maintain value.

I could't find any t.code for mass updation of values.

Look at this t.code CL00. It shows all realted t.codes.
