Reservations not ceared even after checking the Post open reservation

Hi

Can anyone help on finding the cause for the below mentioned issue?

I have the production order in which the all the components have been issued. During the confirmation I have checked "Post open Reservations" indicator. System has set up the system status as "ORSP- Open reservations posted", but system has not set up the "Final Issue Indicator" for two of the components in the material list.

Why system is not removing the reservations even after setting up the "Post Open reservations" indicator?

Hi,

While confirming the prod. order through CO15 , in the tab confirmation type, one indicator clear reservation is there . just u check the indicator.

If u set this indicator, delivery completed status will be set for all open reservations that are assigned to the confirmed operation.

Please check these two componenet are not backflushed?

Setting

In customization: SPRO>Production>Shopfloor control>Operations>Define confirmaton parameters for order type. There is a check box "Post open reservations

Clear reservations" in CO11N and "Post open reservations" in OPK4 are same. This will work only with Final confirmation,

Hi,

U can use the tick for post open reservation at final confirmation only

go for TECHO if u want to close ur open reservation without final confirmation

Menu.> funcrion > restrict processing > technically complete > save.

this will close ur all open reservations against the same order.
