Priority and Category are in display mode?

Hi,

When I try to create a issue thru' crmd_order, the priority and category are in display mode,

How to make this as optional entry field?

hi Nikhil,

I am in the learning stage of SOLMAN - Support desk configuration.

when i create a ticket using t.code CRMD_ORDER, the priority and category fields are in display mode and i could not able to give any priority to the ticket. I don't know where i need to make the configuration so that the priority and the category fields will be in edit mode so that I can give some priority to the ticket.

Hello Rajesh,

As far as the support message concern, it can be created in two ways.

1. From Menu, click on Help --> Create Support Message.

2) Using notif_create t-code.

In these both ways you can choose priority and component for which you want to create support message.
