Updates take time on table RFBLG

Hi friends,

On my ECC 6.0 Production system ( AIX 5.3/Oracle 10g), we are facing an issue with the updates happening on the table RFBLG, the time taken for the updates are in the range of 6000 secs.

Is there any way by which the time for the updates can be reduced.

I've updated the statistics and carried out a reindex.
