SAP CRM VERTICAL SOLUTIONS

Hi

1.Does SAP CRM 2007 offers vertical solution means.....if client wants to get only Sales module not all module then can he get it in SAP CRM??

If yes then it means client would be giving cost(Lisence )only for particular module not for all. am i correct??

If No that means Client needs to get complate SAP CRM package not specific to any module and he would be giving the total cost of SAP CRM package either they are using all modules or not SAP CRM would not chanange any cost. Am i correct??

2.Does Industry specific solution and vertical solution both are same???

i have already gone through help.sap or service market place.

please reply with specific ans.

Hi Mohit,

1. No - SAP CRM does not provide license only for Sales or Services or Marketing.

2. Industrial Solutions are more refined to the specific industrial business process compared to the standard SAP CRM delivered package....

Can i have specific document where it is written that SAP CRM 2007 does not provide vertical solution? I mean if you know any specific release for this then let me know.
