Time Evalutaion - Future Period

Our Salary Period is same as Calender Months,but in Time Evaluation we want to Close Attendance on 25th of every month.That means from 26th we want to assume that every employee is Present & we wan to pay him for remaining days.

We want :

1st to 25th - Actual Time

26th to Last Day of Month - Assumption of Attendance.

How can we do that.Can anybody help me.

Hi,

Try to run the TE from 26th of previous month to 25th of the current month. This shouldnt effect any of your calculations for Payroll or Time. You can still run the payroll at the end of the month thought TE was done only untill 25th.

Payroll takes timewage types from TE untill 25th and rest of the days for which the TE is not run Payroll generates wagetypes based on the planned specifications/hours, here from 26th of the current month till end of the month. Then payroll sets the retroactive accounting indicator in the EARLIEST MD Change field in IT0003. Hope this clarifies your doubt.

Do your monthly employees have attendances entered? if not then run time evaluation to the end of the month.

We are using Clockin/out entries Through Infotype - 2011.

Please let me know if you have any solution.
