how to unlock 800 client in my pc

hi sap gurus plz help me out. Iam not able to login into client 800. its giving an error 800 locked. I dont even know how to login from 000 so that i can reset my password in usr02. plz help me out.

hi,

while loggin in to Client 800 , they might have selected the first button.thast why u are not able to Login.

To login in to Client 000,

client : 000

Username ;

Password :

thast it , u can login to Client 000.
