Hi,

I tried to create work order with non stock items, but doing so, sap creates a pr for each line item.

Is it possible to have one pr number with several line items on a single work order? if so how can i do it.

Thanks so much

Max

hi

in IMG settings Define Change Docs, Collective Purc. Req. Indicator, Operation No. Interval for your plant and order type combination if you check that one it will create only one requisition for all items. If you dont check that it will create seperate purchase requisitions for each lineitem.

HI

t-code OIOE

Indicator: One collective purchase requisition per order

Indicator showing that for every externally processed operation or non-stock component in the order a purchase_requisition>purchase requisition is to be created.

Dependencies

If you do not set this indicator then a seperate purchase requisition is created for every externally processed operation or non-stock component.

Dear,

In SPRO>Plant Maintenance and Customer Service>Maintenance and Service Orders>Functions and Settings for Order Types>Define Change Docs, Collective Purc. Req. Indicator, Operation No. Interval> here you reomove the check box for your order type and plant in sixth column.
