integration scenario

Hi guys,

I want to know in what kind of business scenario's the Integration Scenario Modelling is prefferd in XI.

In my scenario the lead will be sent from CRM system to SAP R/3 through XI. In SAP system the subscription order is ceated along with orderID, this order ID is then used to ceate payment posting . If there is any error while payment posting then the order id crreated has to be deleted from table.

Is it possible to use integration scenario here ? If possible how to model it.
