CDHDR and CDPOS tables

Hi All,

Normally when we make any changes ,those will be stored in cdhdr and cdpos tables.

1) Is there any possibility to restrict it, i mean to say can we restrict the recording of changes done by us in some scenarios?

2) I had observed that in cdpos table it is saving more than one field ,eventhough i made change in one field only.I hope some where it will be defined those fields ,so that whenever me made changes to one field also it will save all those field values.am i correct ,if so can you tell me where exactly they will be defined??????

3)suppose if i have one schedule agreement and i have done some changes for 5 times. Now we upgraded our version to some ECC 5 or 6.So now those same changes will be stored in it or ???

Thanks in advance,

regards,

Rakesh.

Hi,

the first thing you can look at is for example the table which is used. In table DD09L field PROTOKOLL also determine if CDPOS/CDHDR is updated. If you update 1 field only (a quantity or text), it can happen that also the CHANGE_DATE (or something like this) is updated.

Cheers,

Stefan.
