Shoppin Cart Approval Mail to external mail box

Hi Experts,

Working on SRM5.0

I want to send a mail to outlook inbox once Shopping Cart approval was completed by all the approvers.

For this do we need to set any configuration settings.

I found "RSWUWFML" program, is this program to send EMail to outlook for all the notifications created in SAP Business workplace.

For this does we need to maintain any configurations.

Please check IMG activity "Define Recipient of Notifications".

RSWUWFML is used for when workitem is created.

Use

In this IMG activity you define which users (determined by their workflow functions) receive workflow notifications in which application scenarios.

The workflow notification arrives in the receiver's (for example, the initiator) inbox in the EBP online system and informs him that a specific object (for example, a shopping cart) has been processed (for example, rejected) and by whom (for example, the approver).

To display the workflow notification, the variables for processor, scenario etc. are determined dynamically during the runtime. One of the sources consists of the settings you make in this IMG activity.

Application scenarios include:

Process Shopping Cart

Shopping carts may be rejected, approved, changed or deleted

Relates to Business Object: BUS2121 Shopping Cart EC (SC)

Called-up notification workflow: WS10400026 SCSendMail

Triggered standard task: TS10407929 SCMAILSEND

Hi,

In IMG, "Define Recipient of Notifications" maintaining User Role's of Approver, Initaitor of the Workflow & Reviewer for Approve Shopping Cart Scenario.

Other than these settings any extra settings are required.

If any please update.
