Hi all,
Please tell me if CRM can be implemented in banking sectors also or its meant only for retail and operations.
Also please tell me if every CRM project mandatorily require BI.

Hi , Yes CRM has shown acceptance in Banking sector. We had been involved in e2e implementation for SAP CRM project in one of the public sector bank in India. To stream line Sales and Marketing process in bank: The applications like Campaign, Lead, Activity, Masterdata strategy has been implemented.
