Access to global SLD ???

Hi,

our customer has installed a global sld and a local sld.

so the costomer want to import a software component in the repository from the global sld.

But he only have access to the local sld that was installed during the XI-Installation.

How can I get access to the global sld to import a software component??

Hi Stefan,

1. you can create the same component on the local

SLD

2. you can import the global sld's content into the local sld (standard SLD export & import)

3. you can set the XI to access the global SLD

(change the default SLD) also standard procedure

Hi Michal,

thanks for your help.

One question.

When I want to set the XI to get access to the global SLD, I must do following steps:

1. transaction SLDAPICUST

2. Transaction SM59 RFC Destination SAPSLDAPI, LCRSAPRFC for proxies.

3. transaction RZ70.

Is this correct?

Hi,

have a look at the question on the XI faq

I mentions in my previous response

it shows a note which describes exacly how to do it

(with users etc)
