Hi Bean,

You could restrict the user printing the documents by assigning 'No Authorization' for Document printing option.

Also, the approval procedure works while adding the documents and could not restrict the user while printing the doucment.

Hi Bean,

I am not quite sure what you exactly want. If you want to stop any PO without approval, then you have to include all users in the originator list under approval template. However, someone could not be included by default such as super users or managers. At least one super user has to be outside the list. Otherwise, nobody can change anything for this template.

A PO before approval is a draft, no one can stop print out draft. Draft watermark on the print out should be good enough to disqualify it to be standard document.

Thanks,

Gordon

Bean,

A PO which has an Approval Procedure linked to it would be saved as draft and a draft document would be able to be printed but the Draft water mark would appear by default.

This draft remark is managed in System Initialization > Print Preferences > General Tab
